Is there a problem with your order?
We quality check all our items before they leave our warehouse. Although if your order contains any damages or missing/incorrect items, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
How to report any problems:
Please carefully check your order when you receive your delivery.
If there is a problem, please contact us within 14 working days of receiving your order.
Please email info@mocarthome.co.uk and provide the following information:
• Your order/invoice number.
• Product codes/quantities, along with any other relevant information.
Returns Policy:
Goods are returned to us with our consent and at your expense within 14 working days of the delivery.
· We will provide you with an RMA number and information for your return items.
· Please clearly label the returning parcel with your RMA number.
· All items must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
We try to process refunds as quickly as possible; your refund will be processed within 14 working days, once we have received your returned goods.
