Q: What is the minimum quantity per item?
A: A minimum of 2 per item. Duvet sets must be 2 of the same size.
Q: What is the minimum order total?
A: To proceed to the checkout page, the total value of your basket must meet the Minimum Order amount. This value is £100+VAT.
Q: What are my payment options?
A: During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. These include Credit Card, PayPal and Bank Transfer. Please note that we cannot ship your order until we receive your payment.
Q: Do I have to pay VAT?
A: GB: Yes, we must charge 20% VAT on all orders (excluding Channel Islands). EU/Rest Of The World: From 1 January 2021 VAT will not be charged on any orders being shipped outside of GB. Although you may be liable to pay Custom Duty/VAT once the order reaches the destination country.
Q: Will I be charged duty/customs fees?
A: Countries outside of the UK may be subject to customs and/or duty fees on receipt of order. Prices vary from country to country.
Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: You will be asked to fill in your shipping details when you register an account with us. If your country is not on the list of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page or email us with any enquiries.
Q: What if there’s a problem with my order?
A: Please email ‘info@mocarthome.co.uk’ with your order number and relevant information. Our sales team will reply within 24 hours to help resolve the problem. Alternatively, please ring our team on +44 (0)161 839 2223 and they will advise further. You can also see our returns & policy page for more information.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Please login to your account to view your ‘Order Status’. Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Q: How do I edit my account info?
A: If any of your contact/company details have changed, please log in to your account to make any changes by clicking the ‘EDIT’ button underneath your address and click ‘UPDATE ADDRESS’ to save the changes.
Q: How do I use my coupon code?
A: Please apply your coupon code when prompted at the checkout page. You should then see a new order total with the applied discount.
Q: Can I use the product images from the website?
A: Yes, existing customers can use our product images.
Q: What if my account is inactive for a long period?
A: Accounts that have been inactive for a while may be suspended. If you think your account has been suspended, you can call us on +44 (0)161 839 2223, and a member of our team will be happy to help. Please note, accounts created without full company name and address will be removed from the system.
